Sunny Singh Nijjar began his film acting career with a brief role in Dil toh Baccha hai Ji (2011). He bagged his first starring role as Ravi in Luv Ranjan’s Akaash Vaani (2011) alongside fellow peers Nushrath Bharucha and Kartik Aaryan, which turned out to be moderately successful. In 2015, He caught limelight and recognition after re-teaming with Aaryan and Bharucha in Pyaar ka Punchnaama 2, which went on to be his first commercial success and break. 2018, Singh delivered another notable performance as Titu alongside fellow actor and peer Kartik Aaryan in Sonu KeTitu ki Switty, which became his highest grossing till date. The future looks bright for the 36-year old actor as he is set to star as Lakshmana in Adipurush, an upcoming film based on Ramayana set to release in early 2023.
